Early Shipping window**: March 22nd- April 4th
Standard Shipping Window: April 5th- April 30th
** If it is not warm enough to ship from my end, I will hold the order and notify you. By selecting the early shipping window you are accepting any risk of cold temperatures on your end. Please only select this option if it is warm enough at your destination.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship via USPS during your selected shipping window. You will be emailed a trackable link when your order has shipped. Shipping cost is $15. Open package immeditaly upon delivery.
POLICIES
All tubers are grown, tended and divided by me in NJ. You will receive tubers from plants that were individually inspected and free of any visible disease.
You will receive a viable tuber with a healthy body and at least one eye that will bloom true to variety.
Please note tubers come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Upon delivery, please open package immediately and inspect. If there is any issue with the package, contact me within 72 hours of receipt, confirmed by tracking information, with an order number, photos and/or videos of the tuber in question, and explanation of the issue you are experiencing. Please allow an opportunity to make it right.
After 72 hours, the order is considered complete and accurate.
If you believe you received a tuber of the wrong variety, contact me by October 1st, with photos.
Once your tubers have been planted, Petal Palace is not responsible for weather, growing conditions, damage from pests or rodents, failure to thrive in any way/performance of plants, disease after planting, etc. No refunds will be issued for any of these reasons.
Orders that need to be canceled are subject to a 25% processing fee. Orders cannot be canceled after March 15,2026.
